Roger Tatum Watercolor Workshop in The Annex

North Carolina artist and teacher, Roger Tatum, is back with his 3-Day watercolor workshop in The Annex on May 2, 3 & 4. The workshop is planned to be both studio and en plain air on the grounds of the historic Brooklyn Arts Center and around the Brooklyn Arts District.
